Journey of Knowledge

In the following pages you will be taken on a journey of knowledge. This journey and the information available is the FREE part of the GTH site. We are hopeful that the acquisition of this knowledge and insight will convince you of the importance of preventive medicine to you and your loved ones and cause you to commit to a GTH membership. If not, we hope that by taking this journey, you will have become more aware of the steps you can take in preserving and improving your health.

Some of you may want to take this journey in the sequence in which it is presented, some may want to look at specific areas that interest them and some may not wish to take the journey at all.

The journey consists of 40 categories of information. These are brief scripts of educational material that take you through the principles that encompass GTH's web site, including GENOMICS, ENVIRONMENT, RISK FACTORS, MODIFICATION OF RISK FACTORS, PREVENTION and IMPROVED HEALTH.

The concepts of modification of risk factors leading to decreased risk and improved health with potential reversal of atherosclerosis are well covered.
